1. Is there an incidental fee?
At check-in, we charge an incidental fee of USD 100 in our standard cabin rooms and USD 250 in our deluxe rooms with hot tubs. The incidental fee covers any damages or room charges made to the room. Any unused incidental fee will be released upon check-out and back in your account in 7-10 business days.
2. Do I need to prepay for my reservation?
A prepayment may be required during the booking process for certain room packages and promotions. Kindly input your payment details upon creation of the room booking.
3. What are your payment types?
Our hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. All reservations require a valid credit card with expiration date at the time of booking. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card will be required at check-in for incidental charges.
4. Do you take pre-paid credit/gift cards?
No, we do not accept pre-paid gift cards. We only accept major bank cards.
5. Can my parents/friends pay for my room?
As long as they are staying in the room, then yes, they may help pay for the room; otherwise, not without a signed credit card authorization form from the cardholder.
6. Can I pay for my room with one card and pay the incidental fees using a different card?
Yes, you may use more than one form of payment as long as they are major bank cards and in your name.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
Unless the reservation is non-refundable, our policy is a free cancellation until 48 hours prior to your arrival. If canceled after that 48-hour window, it is a one-night stay penalty. Late cancellation fees are non-refundable. Bookings confirmed on our "Pay Now & Save" program are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
8. How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
You may contact our Reservations team directly at res@carsonresort.com or call (509) 427-8296, and an agent will be happy to assist you.
9. When will I get my refund back?
Once a refund is processed, it may take up to 7-10 business days to receive it back in your account.
10. Are government taxes and service charges included in the pricing?
Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charge unless otherwise stated. All "From" rates are indicative of the lowest available rate and rates may fluctuate.
11. What are the check-in, check-out times?
Check-in time: After 4.00pm (local time)
Check-out time: By 12:00 noon (local time)
12. Is early check-in and late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability (not guaranteed). Charges may apply.
13. What is the minimum age for check-in?
Minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. A photo identification is required. Guests aged 17 and below are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
14. Does your hotel offer AAA and or Military discounts?
Yes, we do offer AAA and military rates with proof of identity.
15. Can I request for special arrangement for my celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)?

1. Is this a pet-friendly resort?
Our hotel welcomes dogs/cats in select rooms for US$25 per pet per night. Maximum 2 pets per room. Pet-friendly rooms must be requested prior to arrival (first come, first-serve basis)
2. Can I smoke within the hotel premises?
Our facilities and rooms are non-smoking, including balconies. A cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke in any of our guest rooms, including balconies. Our facilities and rooms are also vape free. A fee will be charged if you vape in our facilities.
3. Does the resort provide free internet access?
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access is available in the guest rooms and public areas.
4. Is your property kids-friendly?
Note that children under 18 are not allowed in the bathhouse and soaking tubs. We recommend our cabins with two queen beds or one of larger suites for families traveling with children. Kids 12 and under stay free utilizing existing beddings in the room.
5. Do you have parking?
Free parking is available to overnight guests. Limited RV parking for $45/night (no hook-ups).
6. Do you provide shuttle service from and to the airport?
Unfortunately, shuttle service is not available. We recommend renting a car to explore the areas in and around the resort.

We do not have a fitness center onsite.
2. Do you offer any venues for private events and parties?
Whether you are planning a large, non-profit fundraiser, company outing or a trip with friends, we have everything you need for a spectacular and memorable day on our golf course. Please contact our sales team for more information.
3. Do you have a restaurant on-site? What are their operating hours?
Yes, the Elk Ridge Clubhouse is open daily from 7 AM to 8 PM, located in the Golf Pro Shop. The restaurant serves breakfast between 7 AM to 11 AM daily.
4. Do you have a laundry facility on-site?
No, we do not offer a guest laundry facility.
5. What is your housekeeping schedule?
We provide our guests limited housekeeping service and will replenish towels, replace linens as requested.
1. What services do you offer?
We offer many spa services such as bath and wraps, a therapy pool for soaking, a sauna, and a variety of massages by licensed massage therapists. To book services, please call our front desk at (509) 427-8296 or book your treatment online.
2. What is the difference between the bath and wrap and the therapy pool?
The bath and wraps are held in the bathhouse, with a personal tub filled with hot, unchlorinated mineral springs water followed by a wrap. Clothing is optional in the bathhouse. The therapy pool is a large communal pool of hot, chlorinated mineral springs water with a smaller cold plunge pool. Swimsuits are required in the therapy pool.
3. Do you offer punch cards/frequent visitor discounts?
Please check with the front desk for punch cards that offer a free Bath & Wrap service after purchasing ten Bath & Wrap services.
4. Do you offer discounts for local residents?
Not at this time.
5. Are your services family-friendly?
All of our spa services are available to adults 18 and older. Photo identification with proof of age may be required to access our spa and bathhouse facilities.
6. Can I soak with my spouse/partner?
The bathhouse is gender-separated; however, the therapy pool is a gender-neutral space. If you want to be able to enjoy the mineral water together, we recommend the therapy pool.
7. Can I just soak and not do the wrap?
Yes, we do offer a 50-minute soak as an alternative to the 25-minute soak and 25-minute wrap.
8. What are the operating hours of the bathhouse?
The bathhouse is open from 9 AM - 8 PM, but our last ticket is sold at 7 PM
9. What are the hours of the therapy pool?
The therapy pool is open from 9 AM to 9 PM for day-use guests and until 10 PM for overnight guests.
10. How long can I soak in the therapy pool?
We sell no more than two hours a day to each guest.
11. What is the price to use the therapy pool?
Therapy is $12 plus tax, Monday through Thursday, and $17 plus tax, Friday through Sunday. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
12. What is the price to use the bathhouse?
We have a variety of services in the bathhouse, our most popular being the bath and wrap.The bath and wrap is $30 plus tax, Monday through Thursday, and is $35 plus tax Friday through Sunday. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
13. How hot is the water?
We have multiple soaking areas - Hot therapy pool 104 °F, cold spring avg. 60 °F; hot tub 104 °F, bathhouses- have option to add cold spring water - naturally 110-126 °F.

No, you can either book online or just walk-in to play. Click here to book your tee time online.
2. How much does it cost to golf?
Pricing may vary, please call the Golf Pro Shop at (509)427-0127 to inquire.
3. Are you closed in the winter?
No, unless it snows, we are playable year-round.
